Gurugram Police Bust Philippines-Linked Cyber Fraud Gang, One Arrested

• Gurugram Police busted a cyber-fraud gang operating from the Philippines and arrested Rahul Kumar (30).
• Rahul Kumar was responsible for operating and delivering illegal SIM boxes, supplied via the Nepal-Bihar route.
• Police recovered five SIM boxes, eight routers, 18 batteries, three UPS, and 504 SIM cards.
• The investigation began after house owners complained about tenants illegally operating SIM boxes for unauthorized telecom activities and cybercrimes.
• Kumar revealed he received equipment from a Filipino contact via an associate and delivered SIM boxes in Gurugram for Rs 15,000.
