Haryana Digitizes 40 Crore Revenue Records, Boosts Land Governance Transparency

• Haryana has uploaded over 40 crore revenue record images under the Modern Revenue Record Rooms (MRRR) initiative.
• This marks one of the largest digitization drives in the State’s administrative history, enhancing transparency and technology-driven land governance.
• Financial Commissioner Sumita Misra highlighted the effort as a structural reform for preserving historical land records, ensuring data security, and providing citizens seamless access.
• Nearly 95% of registries were completed within the prescribed 5-day limit by February 16, 2026, with officers directed to clear remaining cases.
• The state cleared 51,199 pending mutation cases last month, with directions to expedite entries in Web-HALRIS and clear all pendency within the next month.
