Haryana Digitizes 40 Crore Revenue Records, Boosts Land Governance Transparency

  • Nearly 95% of registries were completed within the prescribed 5-day limit by February 16, 2026, with officers directed to clear remaining cases.
  • The state cleared 51,199 pending mutation cases last month, with directions to expedite entries in Web-HALRIS and clear all pendency within the next month.
