• Discussions covered flood plain zoning, sediment management, Dam Safety Act 2021, Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari 2.0, and groundwater extraction regulation.
• Emphasis was placed on digital governance in water management, including SCADA-based monitoring, API data sharing for flood alerts, and the Flood Watch app.
