• Complainant was shown a false agreement for a helper's job at Marina Mall in Kuwait and given a forged visa.
• Sanjaykumar Ratankumar, his colleague Ayan, and two unidentified women are among the accused.
• Police are investigating the fraud involving 21 persons and a total of Rs 15,34,000.
