Kerala inks Rs 2,000 crore Vizhinjam logistics plan with central PSUs

• IOCL will invest Rs 700 crore for bunkering facilities, positioning Vizhinjam as an Indian Ocean energy hub.
• CONCOR commits Rs 600 crore for rail-linked infrastructure, and CWC will invest Rs 700 crore for a multimodal logistics park.
