Leopard Dies After Being Hit by Unidentified Vehicle in Gondia

•A leopard died after being hit by an unidentified vehicle on NH 53 in Gondia district, Maharashtra.
•The incident occurred around 1:30 AM on the Nainpur-Duggipaar Road under the Sadak Arjuni forest range.
•Forest officials found the big cat dead with bleeding from its mouth.
•The area is a frequent corridor for wild animals, connecting Navegaonbandh with the Nagzira Wildlife Sanctuary.
•A post-mortem was conducted by veterinarians, and the carcass was cremated as per NTCA guidelines.
