Mahindra Holidays inks deal for 110-key resort near Murud Beach, Dapoli

•Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India (MHRIL) signed a new 110-key resort in Dapoli, near Murud Beach, Maharashtra.
•This strategic move aims to strengthen MHRIL's presence along Maharashtra’s coastline.
•The resort's first phase (52 keys) is set to launch in Q1 FY27, with the remaining inventory opening in Q2 FY27.
•MHRIL MD & CEO Manoj Bhat stated Dapoli enhances their western coast circuit and adds high-quality inventory.
•This addition is part of MHRIL's FY26-FY30 roadmap targeting over 10,000 Club Mahindra keys and 12,000 overall.
