Man Arrested for Allegedly Raping 4-Year-Old Girl in Assam's Cachar

•A 26-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a four-and-a-half-year-old girl in Assam’s Cachar district.
•The accused reportedly lured the child to his house with chocolates after entering her residence when her family was away.
•The child was found near a tea garden late in the evening, and her father claimed she reported being gagged and raped.
•Police registered a case under sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the Bharatiya Nyay Sanghita (BNS).
•The child's statement has been recorded, a medical examination conducted, and the Child Welfare Committee is overseeing the ongoing investigation.
