Truck Driver Arrested for 2022 Rape of Minor Girl After Extensive Manhunt

•Imran Subrati Khan alias Badal, a truck driver, was arrested for the alleged sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl in Thane district.
•The accused had been evading arrest since November 2022 and was apprehended by Mira-Bhayander Vasai-Virar (MBVV) police on February 20.
•Khan allegedly entered the victim's home on November 7, 2022, used a spray on her, and repeatedly sexually exploited her.
•He faces charges under the Indian Penal Code and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
•Khan, a native of Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh, was tracked across multiple cities and arrested at an e-commerce firm warehouse in Pise village, Bhiwandi.
