Man arrested for fake police arrest, kidnapping jeweller brothers in West Delhi

• A 48-year-old man, Harish Sharma alias Rinku, was arrested for allegedly staging a fake police arrest and kidnapping two jeweller brothers in West Delhi.
• The victims were robbed of Rs 40 lakh cash, mobile phones, an Apple Watch, jewellery, and their vehicle.
• Harish Sharma, known to the victims, had prior business dealings and had taken jewellery from them for sale a day before the incident.
• The incident occurred on March 19 when the brothers, Sagar Sharma and Manik, were abducted by two people posing as police officers.
• Sharma confessed to the involvement of his associate Chetan alias Gurpreet Singh Randhawa and others, who are currently being traced.
