Man in Judicial Custody for Hoax Theft Call, Threatening Police in Beed
•Pradosh Gangadhar Jadhav was remanded in judicial custody until February 9 by a court in Beed, Maharashtra.
•Jadhav made a hoax call to the police emergency number 112 on January 30, reporting a false theft of gold and silver items at a trading company in Madalmohi, Georai.
•Police Sub-Inspector Rajbhau Garje and his team rushed to the reported location but found no theft had occurred.
•When contacted again, Jadhav allegedly responded arrogantly, stating he made the call "to make you work" and also threatened the police.
•A case was registered against Jadhav, a resident of Kumbharwadi in Georai tehsil, leading to his arrest and subsequent court appearance.
