NHAI receives 64 bids for Rs 8,307 cr Bhubaneswar bypass road in Odisha

• NHAI received 64 bids for the 111 km-long six-lane Access Controlled Greenfield Capital Region Ring Road, also known as Bhubaneswar Bypass project.
• The Rs 8,307.74 crore project aims to enhance regional connectivity and decongest urban areas of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, and Khurda.
• The project is divided into three packages, with 23 bids for package-1, 25 for package-II, and 16 for package-III.
• Approximately 96% of the required land has been acquired, and all necessary environmental clearances are in place.
• Bids are expected to be awarded by March 2026, with project completion anticipated in 2.5 years under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
