Rajasthan explores elevated corridor along Dravyavati river in Jaipur to ease traffic

Rajasthan government is exploring an elevated traffic corridor along the Dravyavati river in Jaipur to tackle increasing traffic.
•
Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) approved Rs 6 crore for the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of the proposed corridor.
•
The project aims to improve traffic management, strengthen infrastructure, and boost sports facilities in the city.
•
JDA also approved Rs 16.67 crore for culverts on Dravyavati river and Rs 7.90 crore for a modern sports complex.
•
Planning for an outdoor stadium in Jaisinghpura Khor for Rajasthan State Sports Council was also approved.
