HUL Sells Wellbeing Nutrition Stake for ₹307 Cr, Acquires Full Control of OZiva

•Hindustan Unilever Ltd (HUL) sold its entire 19.8% stake in Nutritionalab (Wellbeing Nutrition) for approximately ₹307 crore.
•The company will acquire the remaining 49% stake in Zywie Ventures Private Limited for ₹824 crore, making OZiva a wholly-owned subsidiary.
•HUL entered the health and wellbeing segment in 2022 with strategic investments in OZiva and Wellbeing Nutrition.
•Both the divestment of Wellbeing Nutrition and the acquisition of full control of OZiva are expected to close by next month.
•HUL also announced a ₹2,000 crore investment for manufacturing expansion and completed the demerger of its ice cream business.
