This decision affirms an earlier Order-in-Original dated January 10, 2025, with the order-in-appeal dated January 29, 2026.

Patanjali Foods expects a total financial liability of Rs 89,64,396, including the demand and an equivalent penalty.

The company stated the development will not impact its financial, operational, or business activities and plans to appeal further.
