Hindustan Oil Exploration MD Steps Down, Baroruchi Mishra Named Successor

Hindustan Oil Exploration Company Limited (HOEC) announced Ramasamy Jeevanandam will step down as MD.
•
Jeevanandam's resignation is effective March 31, 2026, citing health and personal reasons.
•
Baroruchi Mishra is appointed as the new Managing Director & CEO for three years, effective April 1, 2026, pending shareholder approval.
•
Mishra, 58, brings over 35 years of experience in the oil & gas and new energy sectors.
•
HOEC shares were up 0.43% at ₹133.27, despite a 30.85% decline over the past year.
