TARIL appoints Mehul Shah as CFO; Chanchal Rajora steps down, remains Director Finance

Transformers & Rectifiers (India) Ltd (TARIL) announced Mehul Shah as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective March 5, 2026.
•
Chanchal SS Rajora stepped down as CFO with immediate effect but will continue as Director (Finance) and part of senior management.
•
Mehul Shah is a Chartered Accountant with over 26 years of experience in strategic accounting, financial operations, and compliance.
•
Shah previously worked with Nirma Limited, Adani Enterprises Limited, Reliance Logistics Private Limited, and other major companies.
•
TARIL reported strong Q3FY25 results: Net profit up 34.5% to ₹74 crore, revenue up 32% to ₹737 crore, and EBITDA surged 49%.
