Project implemented under Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Transfer (DBFOT) model.

Skywalks feature non-slip flooring, greenery, 24/7 cleanliness/security, and operate 10 AM-10 PM (potential 24-hour).

Strict penalty: Rs 10,000 daily fine for contractors failing to resolve technical issues within 24 hours.

Key locations include Mysore Bank Junction, Old Madras Road, Diamond District, KIMS Junction, and MG Road/Kasturba Road.
