Alwar, Karnal RRTS Corridors on Fast Track for Approval After Delhi-Meerut Launch

• Following the Delhi-Meerut Namo Bharat corridor's full opening, NCRTC plans rapid expansion of the regional rail network.
• The central government is expected to approve Delhi-Alwar and Delhi-Karnal corridors within the current financial year.
• NCRTC aims for 10-15% cost reduction in future projects and will replicate the successful PPP model from the Meerut corridor.
