Adani arm completes full acquisition of DP Jain TOT Toll Roads
•Adani Road Transport Ltd (ARTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, acquired the remaining 49% equity stake in DP Jain TOT Toll Roads Pvt Ltd.
•This acquisition makes DP Jain TOT Toll Roads a wholly owned subsidiary of Adani Road Transport, following an earlier 51% stake purchase in February 2026.
•The transaction, completed on March 10, 2026, was valued at an enterprise value not exceeding ₹1,342 crore, paid in cash.
•The move aligns with Adani Enterprises' strategy to expand its footprint in the road infrastructure development sector.
•DP Jain TOT Toll Roads holds the concession for the Palanpur–Radhanpur–Samkhayali section of NH-27 in Gujarat.
