Muthoot FinCorp Launches ₹600 Cr NCD Issue; Offers Up To 9.10% Yield

Muthoot FinCorp Launches ₹600 Cr NCD Issue; Offers Up To 9.10% Yield

•Muthoot FinCorp launched the second tranche of its secured, redeemable NCDs, open for public subscription from March 13 to March 23.
•The company aims to raise up to ₹600 crore, comprising a base size of ₹200 crore and a green shoe option of ₹400 crore.
•NCDs offer effective annual yields ranging from 8.70% to 9.10% across 24, 36, 60, and 72-month tenures.
•Proceeds will be used for onward lending, financing activities, repayment of existing borrowings, and general corporate purposes.
•The instruments are rated AA-/Positive by CRISIL Ratings Limited and AA/Stable by Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited, indicating high safety.
