Power Mech Secures ₹710 Cr Adani Maharashtra Power Plant O&M Contract

Power Mech Projects Ltd won a ₹709.56 crore contract from Adani Infrastructure Management Services Ltd.
•
The contract is for operations and maintenance (O&M) services, including overhauling, at a 5x660 MW thermal power plant in Tiroda, Maharashtra.
•
The 60-month agreement runs from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2031, under a KPI-based structure.
•
Power Mech reported a 14.6% rise in Q3 net profit to ₹94 crore, but EBITDA declined 20.7%.
•
Company shares fell 6.20% on March 16 on the NSE.
