TVS Venu Group to Acquire Prudential Financial's Entire Stake in PGIM India

• TVS Venu Group has entered into definitive agreements to acquire Prudential Financial Inc’s 100% stake in PGIM India Asset Management and PGIM India Trustees Private Limited.
• The acquisition is being carried out through TVS Venu Management and Consultancy Services Private Limited and its affiliates, pending regulatory approvals.
• PGIM India, a wholly owned business of PGIM, managed over ₹30,000 crore in assets as of December 31, 2025.
• This deal will add PGIM India AMC to TVS Venu Group's financial services business, which already includes TVS Credit Services.
• TVS Venu Group is a diversified multinational conglomerate led by Venu Srinivasan and Sudarshan Venu, with interests in automotive, financial services, and real estate.
