Bhagalpur's New 4-Lane Road: Lohia Pul to Aliganj Bypass to End Traffic Woes by 2026

A new 4-lane road, approximately 4 km long, is planned in Bhagalpur from Lohia Pul to Aliganj Bypass.
•
Aims to alleviate severe traffic congestion, benefiting school children and office-goers, and reducing accident risks.
•
The project, costing 50 crore rupees, is expected to be completed by December 2026.
•
It will significantly enhance city connectivity by linking to Jagdishpur, Bhaljore, and Munger Mirzachowki bypasses.
•
The road will also address waterlogging issues and resolve traffic problems near the Lohia Pul bus depot.
