SBI Funds Management to File Draft Papers for Mega IPO Soon

•India’s largest asset manager, SBI Funds Management Ltd (SBIFML), a joint venture between SBI and Amundi, is set to file draft papers for its IPO.
•The IPO will be a pure Offer For Sale (OFS), with SBI and Amundi planning to sell a combined 10% stake.
•SBI will dilute 6.3% and Amundi will dilute 3.7% of their holdings in SBIFML.
•SBIFML managed assets exceeding 12.6 lakh crores as of December 2025.
•Nine investment banks, including Kotak Mahindra Capital, Axis Capital, and Jefferies, are part of the syndicate.
