Tencent Halves Policybazaar Stake; Goldman Sachs, DSP MF Lead Buyers

•Tencent Cloud Europe BV halved its stake in Policybazaar, selling 48.4 lakh shares (1.04% equity) for Rs 694.65 crore.
•Seven institutional investors, including Goldman Sachs, DSP Mutual Fund, Schroder, and Societe Generale, acquired the shares.
•Goldman Sachs Bank Europe was the largest buyer, purchasing 12.65 lakh shares for Rs 181.6 crore.
•PB Fintech shares fell 3.01% to Rs 1,428.4 on the NSE following the transaction.
•Shankara Buildpro shares jumped 3.58% after 360 ONE Equity bought a 0.67% stake; Ganesha Ecosphere plunged 8.36% as DSP Mutual Fund offloaded shares.
