• B2B manufacturing startup Karkhana acquired Bengaluru-based electronics firm Micron EMS Tech Pvt Ltd for approximately Rs 10 crore.
• The acquisition shifts Karkhana from an aggregator model to owning production facilities, offering full-stack electronics manufacturing capabilities.
• It adds a 40,000+ sq. ft. facility, bringing PCB assembly, advanced testing, and system-level manufacturing in-house.
• Karkhana targets Rs 200 crore annual recurring revenue (ARR) by FY27, nearly tripling its current scale.
• The company plans to expand exports to US and European markets and evolve into an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) with its own product IP.
