Cyber Fraudster Arrested in Jharkhand for Duping Delhi Man of Rs 5.99 Lakh

Delhi Cyber Police arrested Bimal Rabidas from Jharkhand for posing as a bank employee and defrauding Govind Singh of Rs 5.99 lakh.
•
The accused obtained bank details under the pretext of KYC completion and took an instant loan in the victim's name.
•
Police recovered Rs 9,500, three mobile phones, and other documents from the arrested fraudster.
•
Bimal Rabidas confessed to the crime and is linked to five other similar cases across Delhi, Jharkhand, and West Bengal.
•
DCP Ashish Mishra IPS urged the public not to share bank details or OTPs and to report suspicious calls to the cyber helpline.
