Bangladeshi Arrested for Gurugram School Bomb Threats, Lived Illegally for 9 Years

A Bangladeshi national was arrested in connection with bomb threat emails sent to Gurugram schools.
•
The accused, Saurabh Biswas alias Michael, had been living illegally in India for 9 years using fake documents.
•
Schools received bomb threat emails on January 28, 2026, leading to investigations by police and bomb squads.
•
Saurabh Biswas, 30, was apprehended in Gujarat on March 19 by Cyber Crime police.
•
He provided 300 Gmail IDs for cryptocurrency to a foreign individual, one of which was used for the threats.
