India Repatriates 30 Seafarers in 24 Hours; Persian Gulf Nationals Safe

•30 Indian seafarers successfully repatriated to India in the last 24 hours, bringing the total to 253.
•Rajesh Kumar Sinha, Special Secretary, Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways, confirmed all Indian nationals in the Persian Gulf are safe.
•Six LPG carriers from various regions received priority berthing at major ports; 24 Indian-flagged vessels operate west of the Strait of Hormuz.
•LPG carriers Shivalik and Nanda Devi safely crossed the Strait of Hormuz, expected at Mundra Port on March 16 and Kandla Port on March 17.
•The DG Shipping Communication Center handled over 2,500 calls and 5,000 emails in the last 15 days, working beyond its usual capacity.
