•Employees get 15 days paid leave and Rs. 50,000 for health check-ups two years before retirement.
•Draft policy offers 12 months maternity, 2 months paternity leave, Rs. 25,000, and free education for employees with three children.
•Mandatory crèches in offices with over 50 women; aims to reduce C-sections and boost public health initiatives.
•First "Population Management Policy" in India, set for April 1 implementation, including special hostels for working women.
