Saada Hasan, 42, from Satna, Madhya Pradesh, transformed her childhood hobby of sewing doll clothes into a successful career.

She learned intricate sewing from Guru Prabha Soni and later taught women in villages through Nehru Yuva Kendra for 7 years.

After facing job rejection due to lack of an ITI degree, she pursued a sewing and fashion designing course at Government ITI Satna.
•
Now, she serves as a guest faculty at the same Government ITI Satna, teaching for three years and earning 20,000 per month.

Saada encourages young women to develop their skills and become self-reliant, emphasizing confidence and respect in life.
