IAF's 'Vayu Shakti 2026' Exercise: 100 Fighter Jets to Roar Near Pakistan Border

• The Indian Air Force (IAF) will conduct the 'Vayu Shakti 2026' exercise in Jaisalmer, near the Pakistan border, starting February 27.
• Over 100 fighter jets, including Rafale, Sukhoi-30, Tejas, MiG-29, Jaguar, Mirage-2000, and Hawk aircraft, will participate.
• The exercise will involve all airbases and assets of the Western and South Western Commands, simulating a war environment.
• Integrated Air Command and Control System (IACCS) will monitor aircraft, missiles, and drones, creating a complete air picture.
• C-295 transport aircraft will perform a night assault landing drill for the first time, and Prachand attack helicopters will fire rockets.
