NFR General Manager Inspects Alipurduar Division: Trains Soon on New Section!

• Northeast Frontier Railway General Manager conducted a comprehensive safety inspection of the Dangtal-New Cooch Behar section of Alipurduar Division.
• The inspection covered 123 kilometers, assessing track condition, bridges, signaling, telecommunication, traction, level crossings, and station infrastructure.
• Detailed station inspections were carried out at Kokrajhar, Fakiragram, Alipurduar, and New Cooch Behar, reviewing Amrit Station works and passenger amenities.
• Newly upgraded facilities including waiting rooms, health units, crew lobbies, and running rooms were inaugurated and reviewed.
• A speed trial was conducted between Kamakhyaguri and New Cooch Behar to evaluate track and rolling stock performance, reaffirming NFR's commitment to service excellence.
