Indian Railways Extends Two Key Train Routes to Haldibari, Boosts Border Connectivity

• Indian Railways extends Balurghat–Siliguri and Siliguri–Bamanhat Express routes up to Haldibari.
• Ministry of Railways approved the extension to strengthen North Bengal's railway connectivity.
• The 15463/15464 Balurghat–Haldibari and 15467/15468 Siliguri–Haldibari Express will now run daily.
• New commercial stoppages on the extended route include New Jalpaiguri, Belakoba, and Jalpaiguri.
