• Murshidabad MLA Gauri Shankar Ghosh and DRM Rajiv Sexena highlighted the benefits for 45,000 locals and tourists, boosting socio-economic development.
• Expected to be completed within a year, the reopening will ease commuting, enhance tourism, and potentially allow more trains like Humsafar Express and Sairang Express.
