Pune Metro to Airport: Traffic woes end! New Kalyaninagar route finalized

•Pune Metro's Vanaz-Ramwadi line to be extended directly to Lohgaon Airport.
•New route via Kalyaninagar, Symbiosis College, to Aeromall near the airport finalized.
•Decision made in a meeting chaired by Union Minister of State Murlidhar Mohol.
•Route requires minimal land acquisition and avoids Defence Ministry land issues.
•Mahametro to submit Detailed Project Report (DPR) to Pune Municipal Corporation soon.
