• Devices were listed without disclosing mandatory licensing requirements, ETA, or WPC certification details.
• CCPA observed that listings did not state that civilian possession and use without authorization are prohibited, misleading consumers.
• Sale of such equipment is strictly regulated under Indian Telegraph Act, 1885, and Wireless Telegraphy Act, 1933.
