Man gets 8 years jail for kidnapping minor in Ballia

•Devgan Kumar Yadav sentenced to eight years imprisonment for kidnapping a 17-year-old girl in 2019.
•Additional District Judge (POCSO) Pratham Kant imposed a fine of Rs 25,000 on Yadav.
•Yadav kidnapped the girl on January 5, 2019, based on her grandfather's complaint.
•He was arrested under IPC sections 363, 366, and relevant sections of the POCSO Act.
•The court found Devgan guilty and delivered the sentence.
