NTPC Pays Power Ministry Rs 2,666.58 Cr Second Interim Dividend for FY26

State-owned electricity generator NTPC paid Rs 2,666.58 crore as second interim dividend for FY26 to the Power Ministry.
•
A ceremonial cheque was handed over to Minister of Power Manohar Lal by NTPC officials on February 25.
•
The dividend amounts to 27.50 percent of the company's paid-up equity share capital.
•
This marks the 33rd consecutive year NTPC Ltd has paid a dividend.
•
NTPC is India's largest power generation company, meeting one-fourth of the country's electricity demand.
