DCM Shriram invests ₹217 Cr in Gujarat renewable project, boosts Bharuch plant power

DCM Shriram approves ₹217 crore investment for a renewable energy project in Bharuch, Gujarat.

Investment includes ₹87 crore equity for a minimum 26% stake in SPVs and ₹130 crore for infrastructure.
•
Project aims to secure 48 MW additional renewable power, increasing Bharuch plant's total to 98.4 MW by June 2027.

Q3FY26 net profit declined 19% to ₹212 crore despite 13.8% revenue growth, partly due to ₹55 crore labor code provision.

Company declared 180% interim dividend; shares rose 2.83% on BSE.
