• J Kumar Infraprojects secured a ₹616 crore order from state-owned NBCC (India) Ltd.
• The project involves the redevelopment of the GPRA Colony at Netaji Nagar in New Delhi.
• Scope includes construction of 540 Type-V quarters, a community hall, and other buildings.
• The project will be executed on a design, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) basis.
• It also includes operation and maintenance for five years and is to be completed within 24 months.
