UltraTech Cement Appoints Jayant Dua MD-Designate; Leadership Transition Set for 2027
•UltraTech Cement announced Jayant Dua's appointment as Managing Director (Designate) in an exchange filing.
•Dua will officially assume the role of Managing Director on January 1, 2027, succeeding current MD K. C. Jhanwar.
•His tenure as MD will be for four years, from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2030, subject to shareholder approval.
•With over 37 years of experience, Dua joined the Aditya Birla Group in 1996 and held various leadership roles.
•He holds an engineering degree from IIT Delhi, an MBA from International Management Institute, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
