HAL Shares Drop 3% After Tejas Fighter Jet Incident; Company Clarifies 'Minor Technical Incident'

•Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) shares fell over 3% following reports of a Tejas fighter jet incident.
•Initial reports suggested a crash due to brake failure, with the pilot ejecting safely after overshooting a runway.
•HAL clarified it was a "minor technical incident on ground," not a crash, and Tejas maintains a strong safety record.
•The incident, which occurred on February 7, led to the grounding of the IAF's 30 single-seat Tejas aircraft for inspections.
