IAF Loses Another Tejas Jet; Fleet-Wide Check Initiated After Suspected Glitch

•Indian Air Force (IAF) lost another Tejas Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) this month due to a suspected technical malfunction during landing.
•The pilot ejected safely without serious injuries, but the aircraft sustained severe structural damage and is likely to be written off.
•This marks the third Tejas aircraft lost since its induction; previous crashes occurred in March 2024 (pilot ejected) and November 2025 (pilot killed).
•The latest incident prompts investigations and extensive technical checks across the entire Tejas fleet.
