India Clears ₹7,100 Crore Electronics Investments, First Rare Earth Magnets Facility

India approves ₹7,100 crore investments under the fourth round of its Electronics Components Manufacturing Scheme.

First rare earth magnets facility approved in Uttar Pradesh with a ₹700 crore investment by Lohum Cleantech.
•
Total approved investments under the scheme reach ₹61,671 crore, targeting ₹4.51 lakh crore cumulative production.
•
Syrma SGS Technology gets approval for two projects in Andhra Pradesh: a ₹588 crore flexible PCB unit and a ₹385 crore laminates facility.
•
Dixon Technologies and VVDN Technologies also receive approvals for display manufacturing and heat sink units, respectively.
