GNG Electronics Secures ₹72 Crore Credit Boost from ICICI Bank

GNG Electronics Limited signed an agreement with ICICI Bank to increase its credit facility from ₹40 crore to ₹72 crore.
•
The enhanced credit facility will support the company’s working capital requirements.
•
The agreement was executed on March 10, 2026, and formally received on March 23, 2026.
•
ICICI Bank has a pari passu charge on current assets and receivables, and an exclusive charge on fixed deposits.
•
The outstanding loan amount under the facility currently stands at ₹380 million.
