Woman Swindled of ₹20,000 After SBI Withdrawal; Notes Swapped in Motihari

•Sidhu Devi withdrew ₹20,000 from an SBI branch in Motihari, Bihar.
•An unknown youth approached her near Patahi Chowk, engaged her in conversation, and swapped her cash with a wad of paper.
•The fraudster fled with her original ₹20,000 before she realized the deception.
•The victim filed a complaint at Patahi police station in East Champaran district.
•Police, led by SHO Baban Kumar, are investigating and scanning CCTV footage, but no suspect has been identified yet.
