Azamgarh Land Mafia Busted: Rs 2.87 Cr Fraud Using Fake Documents, Accounts Emptied

•Notorious land mafia Krishna Chandra Rai arrested in Azamgarh for a Rs 2.87 crore fraud.
•The gang, including his wife Renu Rai and son Sangam Rai, used fake government documents and forged maps to swindle innocent people.
•They showed fake land, took advance payments, then threatened victims with false cases or death when asked for registration or money back.
•Victims include Rudransh Rai (Rs 33-34 lakh) and Sanjeev Yadav (Rs 42 lakh), who were lured with promises of land.
•Krishna Chandra Rai has 12 cases registered against him, including one under the Gangster Act.
