Azamgarh Land Mafia Busted: Rs 2.87 Cr Fraud Using Fake Documents, Accounts Emptied

Notorious land mafia Krishna Chandra Rai arrested in Azamgarh for a Rs 2.87 crore fraud.
•
The gang, including his wife Renu Rai and son Sangam Rai, used fake government documents and forged maps to swindle innocent people.
•
They showed fake land, took advance payments, then threatened victims with false cases or death when asked for registration or money back.
•
Victims include Rudransh Rai (Rs 33-34 lakh) and Sanjeev Yadav (Rs 42 lakh), who were lured with promises of land.
•
Krishna Chandra Rai has 12 cases registered against him, including one under the Gangster Act.
