Kotak, M&M, Ask Financial Acquire Rs 534 Cr Stake in Cube Highways Trust

• I Squared Capital entities sold 2.7% stake (Rs 534 crore) in Cube Highways Trust to five firms via open market transactions.
• Kotak Mahindra Bank, Mahindra and Mahindra, and Ask Financial were among the key buyers.
• Cube Mobility Investments and Cube Highways and Infrastructure III offloaded units at Rs 146 per unit.
• Kotak Mahindra Bank acquired 1.9 crore units for Rs 278.49 crore, while M&M bought 34 lakh units for Rs 49.64 crore.
• Other significant transactions included Shree Digvijay Cement Company, IRM Energy, Siemens Energy India, and GMR Airports.
